the United States of America and to the
Republic for which it stands one nation
under God indivisible with liberty and
justice for
all thank you
commissioner okay to the audience before
this meeting we had um the study session
we had two different study sessions we
had a work session in the back study
session and then we also had the two
items two other items um earlier um so I
know staff has some additional wording
or stipulations for it's the item number
two so Lauren if you could read those
into the record that would be
great
uh thank you chair uh in addition to the
agenda member you normally don't get to
sit there so you know like um we have um
some modifications to the Motions for
item number two uh the Amendments
include for motion e to amend the
required guest parking to
2.5 025 spaces per
unit to amend motion

comment on number M and thank you for
Staff first of all thank you for staff
for working on this this has been a long
project I know and I want to thank the
Commissioners as well I think we had the
work session about a month or so ago and
tonight's meeting was really good and a
lot of great open
dialogue the itemm is about adding
one of the things about temporary sign
requirements this is just directed to
the city council um we eliminated every
coid
restriction uh after coid happened
except for one of enforcing our
temporary sign code um and my opinion if
we're going to have this additional
Amendment if we're not enforcing the
sign code then what's the purpose our
city is right now has so many violations
of original sign code um the city's
looking pretty ragged my opinion so I'm
just I'd like you just be on the record
that hopefully U City Council will take
a look at that and move to reinstate our
temporary sign code so with that we have
a motion to
approve the agenda chair Vice chair move
to approve the consent agenda with the
uh revised stipulations to 1 e
one F and one L
noted by
Lauren second sorry chair if I could
sure the motion stated item one I think
but it's actually item two on the agenda
I would recommend that we oh my bad I'm
sorry I'm looking at something else
here so we're just change the motion to
item two instead of item one right the
motion something along the lines of Mo
item number two with the recommendations
read in by staff could be simple as that
okay perfect I'll amend my motion
to approve item two or approve the
consent agenda with the changes to item
two as noted by staff second okay right
any further discussion okay all those in
favor say I I I any oppose any
extensions great cares
unanimously okay staff any comments
tonight you know again chair I just want
to thank you and the commission for all
your work in this Cod and it is a
significant heavy lift uh and we are
super thrilled to be through this part
of it uh and on our way uh to getting
this thing over the finish line so and
