that next item is the Pledge of
Allegiance I haven't done this for a
while I'll do

had a study session prior to this and we
do have a
stipulation some we had a memo on from
the Das on a couple things we also had a
stipulation that we talked about with
the applicants so Alyssa if you want to
read that into the record that would be

0063 CD reim fry uh revising stipulation
stipulation 8 under the uh preliminary
development plan to read 75% of all
trees along Fry Road in ell Street shall
be either salvaged from the site a
minimum of 36 in box and a minimum of 12
feet in height at a time of planting or
an existing mature
