Zoning commission regular meeting
meeting for November 20th can I have a

we have Quorum thank you first item on
agenda is the Pledge of Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the
United States of America and to the
Republic for which it stands one nation
under God indivisible with liberty and
justice for
all awesome thank you Vice chair okay to
the audience before this regular meeting
we had a study session we have four
items on the agenda
there we discussed there no additional
stipulations is there anybody in the
audience who'd like to hear on any of
the
items okay if none what is the
commission's
pleasure Mr chair I move to approve the
consent agenda as stated okay I second
okay I have a second any further
discussion all those in favor say I I I
opposed motion
carries okay there is no meetings on in
December December 4th and 18th are
cancel our next meeting will be December
15th staff any comments or anything no
was just going to highlight the fact
that we didn't have any meetings in
December we worked really hard to not
bring you guys together for one item and
then two weeks later another one so we
really try hard to get them scheduled
out um and we've been able to do that
through through the month of December so
it's all getting moved to January um so
we don't have anything and we won't be
seeing you again until
2025 so just want to wish you happy
holidays uh and we're not even to
Thanksgiving yet but want to wish you
happy holidays and just thank each one
of you for your service I'm R new um
some of you guys have been with us for a
while this last year has been pretty
pretty crazy year we've brought forward
early this year the largest amount of
code we've brought forward and things
like that and we kicked off our area
plan for downtown that update we
actually just kicked off our general
Plan update so next year is going to be
busy Lauren is be running our general
plan so she's GNA
I don't think she's going to lose the
hair like I did but something's going to
happen it's going to be pretty crazy so
that's right just just let it grow
in so but thank you all for your service
this this past year we really do look
forward to working with you next year
and and happy
holidays and to the public thank you
staff for everything you guys do for us
and make these meetings um go
efficiently and wish everybody Happy
Thanksgiving merry Christmas happy
holidays all that kind of stuff so we'll
see everybody back in the middle of
