Commissioner Gala here. Commissioner Schwarzer present. Commissioner Bilstein present. We have quum. And Commissioner G has a excused absence for the record. So next item is the pledge of allegiance. I haven't done this for a while. So get the lead. Hey. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Okay. All right. to the audience. We did have a study session prior to this meeting talking about the items on here. There's three items. Um, is there anybody from the audience who'd like to hear any of the items that were presented tonight? Okay, seeing none, what is the commission's pleasure? like to make a motion to approve consent agenda as presented for February 19th, 2005, including items one through three. Second. Okay.
