e e e e e e e I now call the February 18th 2025 city council special meeting and possible well definite executive session to order city clerk Lane will you please conduct the rooll roll call thank you mayor mayor Lisa barowski president vice mayor Jan ducus present council members Barry Graham here Adam quasman Kathy Littlefield here Maryann McCallen present and Salange Whitehead here interim city manager Greg Kon here City attorney Sher Scott here City treasur Sonia Andrews here and the clerk is present thank you mayor thank you and at this time I'd like to invite a motion to adjourn to Executive session to number one discuss and consult with designated representatives of the public body in order to discuss security plans procedures assessments measures or systems relating to or having an impact on the security and safety of buildings facilities operations Etc maintained by the public body and number two discuss and consult with the city attorney for legal advice uh with the city's designated representatives to consider its position uh um regarding city employees a contract that is the subject of negotiations specifically Scottdale Road and Joe Max to Dix Setta improvements so moved second thank you seeing uh councilman quasman noting for the record councilman cman has now joined us and we have a uh motion on the table all those in favor please indicate your vote by I thank you we now I'll entertain a motion motion to adjourn into executive session
