e e e e e afternoon I'd like to call the March 4th 2025 DC Ranch Community facilities District special meeting and possible executive session to order I'd like a roll call please uh clerk Ben Lane uh thank you very much chair Lisa barowski present board members Jan du boscus present Barry Graham pres Adam quasman present Kathy Littlefield here Maryann McCallen present and Salange Whitehead here interim city manager Greg kton here acting City attorney Louis Santa present District Treasurer Sonia Andrews here acting City auditor Lake CL here and the district clerk is present thank you mayor thank you I'd like to uh so the purpose of the executive session is to discuss and consult with the community facilities District's attorneys for legal advice discuss and consult with the community facilities districts designated representatives to consider its position and to instruct its attorneys and representatives regarding potential contracts that are the subject to negotiation of negotiation uh I'd like to entertain a motion to recess into executive session so moved Madam mayor a journ Excuse me yes did someone say something Madame mayor oh hi I'd like to uh recuse myself I have a conflict of interest my husband is part of the DC Ranch Association U finance committee so I will recuse myself from this vote in the executive session terrific thank you very much all those the rest of us please vote on the motion was there a second no second can I get a second K all those in favor please register your vote I I we are adjourned into executive session thank you for
