reviewed board public meeting the
purpose of the development review board
is to maintain the quality of
development in Scottsdale by reviewing
all of the design aspects of a proposed
development and the relationship of its
design components to the surrounding
environment and Community the board also
reviews all preliminary plats for
subdivisions to assure conformance to
policies and ordinance requirements the
agenda consists of the Roll Call public
comment on non- agendized items
administrative report meeting um minutes
approval of the prior meeting meting and
action items a roll call vote will be
taken after each item's motion the
liaison will call each board member's
name to indicate their desired vote for
that item after the vote has been
counted liazon May read out the final
vote I'll remind our audience that the
board's review relates to design matters
and does not include consideration of
existing zoning District designations
zoning entitlements or the allowed uses
within the zoning districts the board's
motion may be to approve to approve with
modified stipulations to deny the
request or to continue the case thank

for next three months hopefully we'll

afternoon I don't really have any
additional items uh for today's agenda
just want to note our next regular
agenda uh next regular meeting will be
about a month from now April 17th so
hopefully we'll all see you there and

agenda and uh I'll take a motion to
approve the case for Dr 2025 for the
staff recommended stipulations after
finding that development applications
meet the applicable development review
board criteria uh Council Council U
member I have a I'd like to add on a
stipulation uh verbal stipulation on
that case prior to prior to do we need
to remove it from the agenda in order to
do that vice mayor no you do uh vice
mayor and vice chair you do not you can
go ahead and make that motion with that
amended AG uh I'll go ahead and
formulate that motion right now um I'd
like to move to approve case 4-dr d22
2025 per the staff recommended
stipulation as well as oh hold on I'm
going to pause this let me explain the
stipulation first to the board um I had
a previous conversation with the
applicant about um the stone veneer
application on the incaps of the
building um applicant was favorable to
extending the stone veneer um further
into the elevation to a point that made
sense where there was a plane change in
the elevation so that was a prior
conversation I had have with the
applicant they were in um they were okay
with with doing that so with that in
mind I see the application applicant in
the crowd shaking his head I'm going to
go ahead and make that motion um again
I'm going to move to approve case 4-dr
d225 per the staff recommended
stipulations with the additional
stipulation of returning the stone
vineer on the incaps of the building to
a to the area where the elevation is can
levered on the previous um elevations
that were part of the the submittal
package after finding that the
development application meets the
applicable development review board
