Kathy Littlefield here. Maryanne McCallen here. And Solange Whitehead here. City Manager Greg Kaitton here. City Attorney Sher Scott here. City Treasurer Sonia Andrews here. And the clerk is present. And uh there's a proposed executive session uh for the council to discuss and consult with the city's attorneys for legal advice. discuss and consult with the city's attorneys and representatives to consider position and give possible instruction regarding recently enacted state legislation Senate Bill 1543. These matters also relate to Axon's previously approved zoning case and development agreement for property located near the intersection of 101 the 101 and Hayden Road as well as the pending referendum regarding the same and to discuss and consult with the city's attorneys uh to consider legal advice related to recent state housing and zoning reg legislation including but not limited to the legislation that will impact the city's single family and multifamily residential land uses, the related related zoning code regulations and policy documents that are likely to be impacted and the city's potential response to this legislation.
