Good afternoon. I'd like to call the July 2nd, 2025 special meeting and possible executive session to order. This afternoon, we have Scottsdale Police Sergeant Eric BS and police officer Ray Wilburn as well as firefighter Alec Woodhead. Thank you very much for joining us this evening, all of you. Uh, if anyone requires their assistance, please notify the staff. City clerk Ben Lane, please conduct a roll call. Thank you, Mayor. Mayor Lisa Barowski, present. Vice Mayor Jan Dascus, here. Council members Barry Graham, here. Adam Quasman, present. Kathy Littlefield, here. Marian McCallen, present. And Solange Whitehead here. City Manager Greg Kaitton here. Interim City Attorney Luis Santea here. City Treasurer Sonia Andrews here and the clerk is present. Thank you, mayor. On this agenda, we have a proposed executive session uh for the purpose of discussing and consulting with designated representatives of the city in order to consider the city's position and instruct its representatives regarding a proposed contract that could be the subject of potential future negotiations. and to discuss and consult with the city's attorneys for legal advice. These matters uh pertain to a proposal related to the potential treatment and transport of water for the Rio Birdie Foothills area outside of the city of Scottsdale.
